The sales are just starting and I have had a quick look through for some early bargains.
Shoes are always top of my list! The first pair from Kurt Geiger are £129 reduced from £220, the second are of course Charlotte Olympia’s zodiac pumps. With the sale on they are now within my budget, £299. Both available from Selfridges.
These two dresses turned my head at netaporter.
The stripe dress from By Malene Birger is reduced to £212 the second dress is from Philosophy at £223.
My love of the colour yellow that occurred around February has been overtaken by a love of green. It seems to be a natural progression. I am not sure when exactly it happened but it may be due, in part, to the lovely images from Carolina Herrera SS12 Ready-to-Wear.
My search for the perfect green dress for a ball I am going to this summer is underway. Here are a few hopefuls. What do you think?
I love the Peter Pilotto dress but I suspect that may be too much a splurge for me. The Marks and Spencer dress is definitely not fit for a ball, but I probably will get it for my summer holiday. The Issa dress is great, but 500 notes? hmm. In this economic climate I have to be sure.
Much better! Ok you have to use your imagination a little as it is a very dull photo.
I love this, it has that eye pop of green and I think this is probably the one I will go for. Those fab Charlotte Olympia shoes I blogged about the other day are ideal.
Charlotte Olympia Dellal, I am loving your work. I have to wait for this years bonus to clear though before I can buy one of your creations! Here are my favourites right now!
All of my choices hit the £565-£625 price range, and I have chosen all the shoes with green in them as it seems my colour of the moment.
Here are the Whistles clothes I would like to be wearing any of the above with…..
Here is the latest on my fashion radar. Sophia Kokosalaki. Her ethical Kore collection is about to launch on Asos.com. Sophia is a Greek born Central St Martins graduate. With this collection she is working with Sri-Lankan lace-makers giving them fair pay and ensuring the traditions of their craft are preserved.
